In accordance with our internal quality measures and as permitted under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, we follow a strict No Refund & No Returns Policy for all purchases.
1. No Returns Policy

Owing to the sensitive, consumable, and perishable nature of pharmaceutical products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances once a product has been sold and delivered.

This restriction applies regardless of whether the package is opened, sealed, or unused.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect ordering, dissatisfaction with results, or duplicate purchase.
2. No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. Once payment has been made and an order processed, no refund will be issued.

This includes, but is not limited to: dissatisfaction with the product, perceived ineffectiveness, or delayed delivery due to factors outside our control.
3. Exceptions — Defective or Damaged Products

If a product is received in a damaged, defective, or tampered condition, the customer must notify us immediately upon delivery (within 24 hours), with valid proof (photographs, invoice, and batch number).

Upon verification, we may, at our discretion, provide a replacement of the same product.
